1.What we use

ASOLOOP uses cookies and equivalent client-side storage for three cases: essential operational cookies, first-party attribution capture, and Google Analytics 4 site-wide measurement gated behind Google Consent Mode v2 (denied by default until you opt in via the consent banner).

We do not use advertising cookies (no Meta pixel, no Google Ads conversion pixel, no retargeting cookies). Google Analytics is configured for measurement only; Google signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled in the site tag, IPs are anonymized, and the four Consent Mode v2 storage categories (ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) default to denied.

Channel attribution is also captured via our own first-party pipeline (per the launch-attribution work shipped 2026-05-09 in the changelog).

The product application at https://app.asoloop.com has its own cookie usage governed by the in-app privacy notice and the Privacy Policy.

3.Your choices

You retain control through the ASOLOOP consent banner, your browser settings, and any consent controls surfaced in your region:

  • Manage your consent on ASOLOOP. Use the button below to re-open the consent banner and revise your choice (Accept all / Reject all). Your choice is persisted in localStorage under asoloop.cookie-consent and respected on every page load.
  • Block all cookies for this domain.Most browsers expose this in Settings → Privacy. The contact form may stop working (CSRF protection requires the essential cookie).
  • Clear existing cookies.Browser Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → Cookies for https://asoloop.com.
  • Use private / incognito browsing. Most browsers discard cookies at the end of each private session.

4.Do Not Track

We do not load advertising trackers, and Google Analytics 4 behavior is gated behind Google Consent Mode v2. The four Consent Mode v2 storage categories (ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) default to denied: GA4 fires cookieless pings only and the _ga / _gid cookies are not written until you accept the consent banner. We honor a Do Not Track signal as additional confirmation of the default-denied posture.

Our first-party functional cookie is required for the marketing site to capture channel attribution at signup; if you disable cookies entirely, attribution falls back to a server-side default (direct).

5.Changes to this policy

ASOLOOP already operates with Google Consent Mode v2 default-denied behavior — no analytics or advertising cookies fire before explicit visitor opt-in. If we introduce additional third-party tags (advertising pixels, customer-support widgets, session-replay tools, etc.), we will update this page, surface a notice on the marketing site, and gate the new tags behind the same consent banner before they fire. We commit to not silently introducing tracking.
